(EN) A switched-mode power supply comprises a transformer (2) having a primary winding (4) connected to a first pair of direct voltage terminals (8, 10) via a switching transistor (6) and having a secondary winding (22) which powers a load (24) via a diode (26). The switched-mode power supply further comprises a second switchingtransistor (34) which, together with the secondary winding (22), the load (24), the diode (26) and a second pair of direct voltage terminals (38, 40) is configured as a forward converter (24) to power the load (24) from a comparatively low direct voltage (12 V d.c.).
(FR) Une alimentation à découpage comprend un transformateur (2) doté d'un enroulement primaire (4) connecté à une première paire de bornes à tension continue (8, 10) par l'intermédiaire d'un transistor de commutation (6), et d'un deuxième enroulement primaire (22) qui alimente une charge par l'intermédiaire d'une diode (26). Ladite alimentation à découpage comporte également un deuxième transistor de commutation (34) qui, conjointement avec l'enroulement secondaire (22), la charge (24), la diode (26) et une deuxième paire de bornes à tension continue (38, 40), est configurée comme un convertisseur direct (24) pour alimenter la charge (24) à partir d'une tension continue comparativement basse (12 V CC).
