Verfahren zur Herstellung einer ein- oder mehrlagigen biaxial orientierten Folie aus einem kristallisierbaren thermoplastischen Polymer, die wenigstens eine füllstoffhaltige Lage aufweist, bei dem man wenigstens eine Schmelze aus einem homogenen Gemisch des thermoplastischen Polymeren mit einem oder mehreren Füllstoffen herstellt, die Schmelze unter Bildung einer Vorfolie extrudiert und diese dann biaxial verstreckt, wobei man erfindungsgemäß die wenigstens eine Schmelze aus dem thermoplastischen Polymer und dem oder den Füllstoff(en) direkt aus dem füllstofffreien Polymer und dem oder den pulverförmigen Füllstoff(en) herstellt, und zwar vorzugsweise unter Verwendung eines Zweischneckenextruders. Der pulverförmige Füllstoff kann dabei im Extrudereinzugsbereich mit einem füllstofffreien Polymergranulat vermischt werden oder dem Strom der Polymerschmelze im Extruder zugesetzt werden.

The invention concerns a process for producing a single or multilayer biaxially oriented foil of a crystallizable thermoplastic polymer which comprises at least one filler-containing layer. According to the invention, at least one melt comprising a homogeneous mixture of the thermoplastic polymer and one or a plurality of fillers is prepared and the melt is extruded to form a preliminary foil which is then stretched biaxially. The at least one melt of thermoplastic polymer and the filler(s) is prepared directly from the filler-free polymer and the powdery filler(s), preferably using a two-worm extruder. The powdery filler can be mixed with filler-free polymer granulates in the extruder inlet region or added to the molten polymer flow in the extruder.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire un film monocouche ou multicouche à orientation biaxiale, réalisé dans un polymère thermoplastique cristallisable, qui comporte au moins une couche contenant une charge. Selon ce procédé, on prépare au moins une masse en fusion comprenant un mélange homogène contenant le polymère thermoplastique et une ou plusieurs charges. Cette masse en fusion est extrudée pour former un préfilm qui est ensuite étiré dans deux axes. Selon l'invention, la ou les masses en fusion comprenant le polymère thermoplastique et la ou les charges sont préparées directement, à partir du polymère exempt de charge et de la ou des charges pulvérulentes, et de préférence à l'aide d'une extrudeuse à deux vis. La charge pulvérulente peut être mélangée dans la zone d'introduction de l'extrudeuse avec un granulat polymère exempt de charge ou être ajoutée au courant de polymère en fusion dans l'extrudeuse.
