Bei diesem Verfahren zur Reduzierung bislang unverwerteter Rückstände aus Restmüll, verschmutzten Kunststoffen aus 'Gelber Tonne', Feinrechengut aus Kläranlagen, Altmüll aus Deponien und Sandfangrückstände zur Rückgewinnung von Sekundärrohstoffen und Kreislaufverwendung wird mehrfach hintereinander ein Wechsel von trockenen Sieb-, Abscheide-, Sortier- und Klassiertechniken und nassen derartigen Verfahrensschritten vorgenommen. Die gewonnenen, sauberen Sekundärrohstoffe werden in Schritten vorzugsweise im aeroben Milieu konditioniert und mit Ausnahme Problemstoffen direkt biologischen, werkstofflichen oder rohstofflichen Weiterverwertungen zugeführt. Die Konditionierung der Sekundärrohstoffe erlaubt wegen der Geruchs- und Gärarmut daher auch lange Zwischenlagerung auf Zeit. Die geringen Investitionskosten ermöglichen die Errichtung kleiner Anlagen für regionale Abfallwirtschaften und entsprechen trotzdem strengen Wirtschaftlichkeitsüberlegungen gegenüber Konkurrenztechnologien. Für etwa ein Sechstel des Teilmassenstroms Mischkunststoffe, Verbund- und Störstoffe vorgesehene rohstoffliche Restverwertung ermöglicht ein Verfahrensregime ohne nachfolgende Deponie und ohne Massenverbrennung. Reststoffe können zu Baustoffen weiterverarbeitet werden. Feinrechengut wird keiner vorherigen trocken-mechanischen Vorbehandlung unterzogen.

This novel multistage process recovers secondary materials from tailings, soiled plastic, tipped waste, household waste, screen rakings and grit from sewage works. A first plant section treats dried waste on site. At the point of delivery a mobile screen separates e.g. waste, sieve residues from composting, soiled plastic and tipped waste from bulk material larger than 150 mm through a drum screen. There is a controlled size reduction stage including a sack destructor. is used, or the closed. The screening separates a fine, mainly biogenous fraction smaller than 40mm/25mm grading size. The medium fraction 10/15mm to 25/40mm is transported in suitable road containers. Fine material from a second fine sieving is supplied to metal inductive separation, followed by intensive composting. In accordance with its quality, it may be used for agriculture after maturation. Coarse material undergoes magnetic separation, ferrous metal being containerised, together with any plastic sheet pulled out with it. During this process, further screening or air classification separates the sheets from the ferrous material. Residues from the coarse fraction are passed from a trough conveyor onto a mobile inspection and sorting table for visual inspection and sorting. Material is separated which can cause malodour or have a later effect on quality.

Dans ce procédé de réduction des résidus, jusque là non récupérables, issus de déchets résiduels, de matières plastiques polluantes classées jaunes, de produits piégés dans les grilles fines dans les stations d'épuration, de déchets toxiques et de résidus des bassins de dessablage, destiné à l'obtention et au recyclage de matières premières de récupération, on renouvelle plusieurs fois le cycle des techniques de classement, de tri, de séparation et de tamisage par voie sèche et par voie humide. Les matières premières de récupération propres ainsi obtenues sont, de préférence, conditionnées par étapes dans un milieu aérobie et, à l'exception des matières problématiques, sont directement soumises à des retraitements biologiques des matières premières et matières brutes. De ce fait, le conditionnement des matières premières de récupération autorise également un entreposage longue durée étant donné leur faible pouvoir odorant et de fermentation. Les faibles coûts d'investissement permettent la création de petites installations pour une gestion régionale des déchets tout en répondant à des soucis d'économies par rapport aux technologiques concurrentes. Le système peut être utilisé sans dépôt consécutif et sans incinération de la masse pour un sixième du flux partiel de la masse de matières plastiques mélangées, de matériaux composites et autres matières. Les résidus peuvent être recyclés en matériaux de construction. Les produits piégés dans des grilles fines dans les stations d'épuration ne sont soumis à aucun prétraitement mécanique par voie sèche.
