Um bei Dichtheitsprüfung von flüssigkeitsgefüllten Behältern, bei welcher eine vom Behälterinnern nach dessen Äussern errichtete Druckdifferenz Δp erstellt wird, auch bezüglich Behälterwandung, die mit Füllgut in Kontakt steht, eine zuverlässige Aussage über den Dichtheitszustand zu erhalten, wird mittels Messelektroden (3a, 3b) am Äussern des Behälters (1) eine Impedanzmessung (7) vorgenommen.

A process for testing the seal reliability on a closed container, containing a liquid comprises applying a pressure difference ( DELTA p) between the inside and the outside of the container. The electrical impedance is measured along the outer wall of the container and/or along its circumference, in order to separate sealed from non-sealed regions. The process is preferably used to test containers with electrically insulating walls, e.g. glass or plastics, for use in medicine.
