Abstract:
(EN) A synthetic F6-binding domain has been constructed from at least one of the binding domains designated A, B, C, D and E of $i(Staphylococcus aureus) Protein-A(SpA) by recombinant DNA techniques and is highly amenable to site directed mutagenesis.
