Abstract
(EN) A method and a device designed to clean air and water as well as to recover purified process water with reference to a drier (1) in a particle board or fiber board production process. The polluted air from the drier is fed through a scrubber (3) and is freed in the scrubber from the main part of solid and gaseous contaminants, before it is discharged into the atmosphere, whereas the process water is fed through a coarse separator, before it is returned to the scrubber. According to the invention a portion of the process water from the washing cycle is withdrawn and is fed through a biological purification plant (20), designed to decompose the organic contaminants, which are dissolved in the water, and after that the process water will be returned to the washing cycle. The integration of the two cycles and the variation of the flow through the purification cycle will influence the conditioning of the washing cycle and also its washing capacity, and in this way it will be possible to maintain the remaining organic contaminants in the discharged air below a certain limit value. In order to optimize the economy of the production process as well as the cleaning process the scrubber (3) is combined with a heat exchanger (8), designed to raise the temperature of the fresh air to the drier (1) and to lower the temperature of the water to the purification plant (20).
(FR) Procédé et dispositif destinés à épurer l'air et l'eau ainsi qu'à récupérer l'eau de traitement épurée provenant du sécheur (1) utilisé dans un processus de production de panneaux d'agglomérés ou de carton dur. On introduit l'air pollué provenant du sécheur dans un épurateur (3) où il se libère de la plus grande partie des contaminants solides et gazeux, puis on le décharge dans l'atmosphère. En revanche, on introduit l'eau du traitement dans un séparateur grossier avant de la renvoyer à l'épurateur. On soutire une partie de l'eau de traitement provenant du cycle de lavage, puis on l'introduit dans une installation d'épuration biologique (20) destinée à décomposer les contaminants organiques, lesquels se dissolvent dans l'eau, avant de la réintroduire dans le cycle de lavage. L'intégration des deux cycles et le réglage du débit dans le cycle d'épuration influence l'action de conditionnement du cycle de lavage ainsi que son pouvoir de lavage. Il sera donc possible de garder la quantité de contaminants organiques restant dans l'air déchargé au-dessous d'une valeur limite prédéterminée. Afin de maximiser l'efficacité de processus de production et celle également du processus d'épuration, l'épurateur (3) est associé à un échangeur thermique (8) destiné à faire monter la température de l'air frais alimentant le sécheur (1) et à faire baisser la température de l'eau alimentant l'installation d'épuration (20).
