(EN) An electrically conductive substrate has on the surface thereof a transparent conductive film made from a coating solution that is obtained by dispersing or dissolving in the water and/or an organic solvent a matrix composed of electrically conductive particles having: (a) an average particles diameter of smaller than 500 ANGSTROM ; (b) the particles of smaller than 600 ANGSTROM being contained in an amount of greater than 60 % by weight; (c) the particles of smaller than 100 ANGSTROM being contained in an amount of greater than 5 % by weight; (d) the particles of greater than 1000 ANGSTROM being contained in an amount of smaller than 15 % by weight; and a silica polymer having: (A) an average polymerization degree of 1,500 to 10,000; (B) the polymer with a polymerization degree of smaller than 3,000 being contained in an amount of smaller than 50 % by weight; (C) the polymer with a polymerization degree of greater than 10,000 being contained in an amount of smaller than 20 % by weight. The electrically conductive substrate has excellent adhering property, surface smoothness, durability and transparency. The display device having a transparent electrically conductive substrate on a display panel portion exhibits excellent resolution and offers vivid image at all times.
(FR) Substrat électroconducteur comportant en surface un fil conducteur transparent composé d'une solution de revêtement que l'on obtient en dispersant ou en dissolvant dans l'eau et/ou dans un solvant organique une matrice composée de particules électroconductrices présentant les caractéristiques suivantes: (a) le diamètre moyen des particules est inférieur à 500 Å; (b) les particules de diamètre inférieur à 600 Å sont présentes dans une quantité supérieure à 60 % en poids; (c) les particules d'un diamètre inférieur à 100 Å sont présentes dans une quantité supérieure à 5 % en poids; (d) les particules d'un diamètre supérieur à 1000 Å sont présentes dans une quantité inférieure à 15 % en poids. On disperse ou dissout également un polymère de silice présentant les caractéristiques suivantes: (A) le degré de polymérisation moyen du polymère est compris entre 1500 et 10000; (B) le polymère présentant un degré de polymérisation inférieur à 3000 est présent dans une quantité inférieure à 50 % en poids; (C) le polymère présentant un degré de polymérisation supérieur à 10000 est présent dans une quantité inférieure à 20 %. Le substrat électroconducteur présente d'excellentes caractéristiques d'adhérence, d'égalité de surface, de durabilité et de transparence. Un dispositif d'affichage comportant un panneau d'affichage doté du substrat électroconducteur transparent ci-décrit présente une excellente définition et offre en toutes circonstances une image bien contrastée.
