(EN) Provided are a mixed-fiber nonwoven fabric exhibiting a low pressure drop and an excellent collection efficiency, in particular, a mixed-fiber nonwoven fabric suitable for air filters and a filter medium using the mixed-fiber nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric comprises at least two types of fibers having different melting points, which fibers are low melting point fibers made of a polyolefin resin component A, and high melting point fibers made of a high melting point resin component B having a higher melting point than that of the polyolefin resin component A. The number average fiber diameter of the high melting point fibers is larger than that of the low melting point fibers. At least one high melting point fiber having a fiber diameter of 20 µm to 100 µm is present per 1.00 mm of the length of the cross section of the nonwoven fabric. The number average fiber diameter of all fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric falls within the range of 0.3 µm to 10 µm.
(FR) L'invention concerne un tissu non tissé en fibre mélangée présentant une faible perte de pression et une excellente efficacité de capture, en particulier un tissu non tissé en fibre mélangée pouvant être utilisé de manière appropriée comme filtre à air. L'invention concerne également un matériau filtrant produit au moyen du tissu non tissé en fibre mélangée. L'invention concerne en outre un tissu non tissé comprenant au moins deux types de fibres présentant des points de fusion différents les uns des autres. Une fibre à point de fusion plus bas est composée d'un composant en résine polyoléfinique (A) et une fibre à plus haut point de fusion est composée d'un composant en résine à plus haut point de fusion (B) présentant un plus haut point de fusion que celui du composant en résine polyoléfinique (A). Le diamètre moyen en nombre de la fibre à plus haut point de fusion est supérieur à celui de la fibre à plus bas point de fusion. Au moins une fibre à plus haut point de fusion présentant un diamètre de fibre de 20 à 100 μm est présente pour 1,00 mm de la longueur en section transversale sur le tissu non tissé. Le diamètre moyen en nombre de toutes les fibres constituant le tissu non tissé s'inscrit dans la plage de 0,3 à 10 μm.
