Abstract:
(EN) Thermoplastic mass for applications such as sound-proofing and vibration isolation and laminated and stratified materials obtained therefrom, particularly for motor vehicles; said mass is comprised of: 0.6 to 50 % of chlorinated polyethylene; 20 t0 95 % of filler material; and 4 to 60 % of a spreader component which is so selected that the compatibility with the chlorinated polyethylene is maintained, such compatibility being defined by an anylyne point with values lower than 100 °C. Such thermoplastic mass is used to produce laminated and stratified materials intended to be installed in motor vehicles as well as in buildings and household appliances and industrial equipment and machines for sound-proofing and vibration isolation.
(FR) Masse thermoplastique pour des applications d'insonorisation et d'amortissement des vibrations et matériaux laminés et stratifiés obtenus à partir de celle-ci, en particulier pour véhicules automobiles; cette masse est constituée de: 0,6 à 50 % de polyéthylène chloré; 20 à 95 % de matériau de charge; et 4 à 60 % d'un composant d'étalement, ce composant d'étalement étant choisi de sorte que la compatibilité avec le polyéthylène chloré est maintenue, cette compatibilité étant définie par un point d'aniline ayant des valeurs inférieures à 100 °C. Cette masse est utilisée pour produire des matériaux laminés et stratifiés destinés à être montés dans des véhicules automobiles ainsi que dans des édifices et des appareils électroménagers et des machines industrielles, à des fins d'insonorisation et d'amortissement des vibrations.
