Abstract
(EN) In a laser machining method on a CNC laser processing machine for machining a path turning at a sharp angle, the numerical control device (CNC) prefetches a processing program and detects a point at which the path turns at an angle sharper than the allowed one. Processing is continued as usual up to the point (33) of turning at a sharp angle and stopped at this point. Then the vicinity of the point (33) is cooled with a cooling medium for a given period of time so as to prevent the roughness of the cut face from increasing. on account of overheating by the laser beam (7). Processing is continued after cooling and cutting under conditions for drilling.
(FR) Une méthode d'usinage par laser, utile dans une machine de traitement à laser CNC, permet d'usiner un chemin qui tourne à un angle aigu. Le dispositif de contrôle numérique (CNC) extrait préalablement un programme de traitement, et détecte un point auquel le chemin tourne à un angle plus aigu que l'angle permis. On continue le traitement jusqu'au point (33) où le chemin tourne à un angle aigu, auquel point ledit traitement s'arrête. Ensuite, la proximité dudit point (33) est refroidie par un milieu de refroidissement pendant une durée donnée de manière à empêcher la rugosité de la surface de coupe d'augmenter à cause de la surchauffe entraînée par le faisceau laser (7). Après le refroidissement et la coupe qui s'effectue dans des conditions aptes au forage, le traitement se poursuit.
