A concave receiving space is defined by the back wall and the front wall for at least partially receiving and supporting the breast implant therein. The three-dimensional prosthetic device is free of wrinkles, creases, folds or seams, which may have otherwise caused potential tissue irritation, bacteria hosting, infection and palpability problems.
(FR) L'invention concerne une prothèse (10) de forme anatomique, tridimensionnelle, sans couture, préformée, pour renforcer un tissu mammaire et soutenir un implant mammaire, comprenant une paroi arrière plate (11), une paroi avant concave (12) et une région intermédiaire incurvée (13) entre la paroi arrière plate et la paroi avant définissant une périphérie basale légèrement courbe. Un espace de réception concave est défini par la paroi arrière et la paroi avant pour recevoir et soutenir au moins partiellement l'implant mammaire à l'intérieur. La prothèse tridimensionnelle est exempte de rides, de plis, de replis ou de coutures qui risquent sinon de provoquer une irritation potentielle du tissu, constituer un refuge pour des bactéries ou provoquer des problèmes d'infection et de palpabilité.
