Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bremskraftverstärkervorrichtung für ein Bremssystem eines Fahrzeugs mit einem Verstärkerkörper (10), auf welchen mittels einer Aktoreinrichtung (12) eine Bremsunterstützungskraft (Fu) ausübbar ist, und einem ersten Stangenkolbenbauteil (14), auf welches über einen ersten Kraftübertragungskontakt zwischen dem den Verstärkerkörper (10) an einer ersten Kontaktfläche (16) kontaktierenden ersten Stangenkolbenbauteil (14) oder über eine erste Verbindungskomponente (18) die Bremsunterstützungskraft (Fu) zumindest teilweise derart übertragbar ist, dass das erste Stangenkolbenbauteil (14) zumindest teilweise verstellbar ist, umfassend ein zweites Stangenkolbenbauteil (22), auf welches über einen zweiten Kraftübertragungskontakt zwischen dem den Verstärkerkörper (10) an einer zweiten Kontaktfläche (24) kontaktierenden zweiten Stangenkolbenbauteil (22) und dem Verstärkerkörper (10) oder über eine zweite Verbindungskomponente (40) die Bremsunterstützungskraft (Fu) zumindest teilweise derart übertragbar ist, dass das zweite Stangenkolbenbauteil (22) zusammen mit dem ersten Stangenkolbenbauteil (14) verstellbar ist. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Herstellungsverfahren für eine Bremskraftverstärkervorrichtung für ein Bremssystem eines Fahrzeugs.
(EN) The invention relates to a brake booster device for a braking system of a vehicle, comprising a booster body (10) onto which a brake-boosting force (Fu) can be exerted by means of an actuator device (12), and comprising a first piston rod component (14) to which the brake-boosting force (Fu) can be at least partially transmitted via a first force-transmitting contact between the first piston rod component (14) and the booster body, said first piston rod component contacting the booster body (10) at a first contact surface (16), or via a first connecting component (18) such that the first piston rod component (14) can be at least partially adjusted. The brake booster device also comprises a second piston rod component (22) to which the brake-boosting force (Fu) can be at least partially transmitted via a second force-transmitting contact between the second piston rod component (22) and the booster body (10), said second piston rod component contacting the booster body (10) at a second contact surface (24), or via a second connecting component (40) such that the second piston rod component (22) can be adjusted together with the first piston rod component (14). The invention further relates to a method for producing a brake booster device for a braking system of a vehicle.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de servofrein destiné à un système de freinage d'un véhicule, comportant un corps d'amplification (10) sur lequel on peut exercer une force d'assistance au freinage (Fu) au moyen d'un système d'actionneur (12), et une première pièce de piston à tige (14) à laquelle la force d'assistance au freinage (Fu) peut être transmise au moins partiellement par un premier contact de transmission de force de la première pièce de piston à tige (14) qui établit le contact sur une première surface de contact (16) de l'élément amplificateur (10) ou par l'intermédiaire d'un premier composant de liaison (18), de manière à ce que la première pièce de piston à tige (14) soit au moins partiellement réglable. Le dispositif comprend une deuxième pièce de piston à tige (22) à laquelle la force d'assistance au freinage (Fu) peut être transmise au moins partiellement par un deuxième contact de transmission de force entre la deuxième pièce de piston de tige (22) qui établit le contact sur une deuxième surface de contact (24) de l'élément amplificateur (10) et l'élément amplificateur (10) ou par l'intermédiaire d'un deuxième composant de liaison (40), de manière à ce que la deuxième pièce de piston de tige (22) soit réglable ensemble avec la première pièce de piston de tige (14).
