The invention relates to biotechnology, pharmaceutics and medicine, it could be applied for the production of drugs and for the realization of medicinal technologies particularly for the immunotherapy of oncological diseases. The method of preparing the tumor vaccine on the basis of antigen-presenting cells loaded with antigens which includes the loading of antigen-representing cells with antigens obtained from the living cells' surface by the use the protease, securing the representation on the surface of the antigen-representing cells of the totality of antigens identical to the totality of the surface antigens of the target-cells. The technical result obtained with the use of this applied for patent invention is the creation of the vaccine apt to enhance the cytotoxic activity (CTA) of the lymphocytes against the target-cells due to the facilitation of reception by them of the predetermined totality of antigens.

Способ получения противоопухолевой вакцины на основе антигенпрезентирующих клеток, нагруженных антигенами, включает нагрузку антигенпрезентирующих клеток, которую проводят антигенами, полученными отщеплением протеазой с поверхности живых клеток с обеспечением представления на поверхности антигенпрезентирующих клеток совокупности антигенов, идентичной совокупности поверхностных антигенов клеток-мишеней. Технический результат, достигаемый при использовании патентуемого изобретения, заключается в создании вакцины, способной повысить цитотоксическую активность (ЦТА) лимфоцитов в отношении клеток-мишеней за счет облегчения восприятия ими заданной совокупности антигенов.
