Abstract
(RU)

В данном документе раскрыты способы размножения инфильтрирующих опухоль лимфоцитов (TIL) с использованием агониста надсемейства рецепторов фактора некроза опухоли (TNFRSF), такого как агонист 4-1BB, агонист CD27, агонист глюкокортикоид-индуцированного рецептора TNF, агонист OX40, агонист HVEM или агонист CD95, и применение таких размноженных TIL при лечении таких заболеваний, как рак. Кроме того, в некоторых вариантах осуществления в данном документе раскрыты терапевтические комбинации TIL и агонистов TNFRSF, полезные при лечении таких заболеваний, как рак, включая композиции, применение и режимы их дозирования.
