Изобретение относится к замещенному тетрагидрохинолинону и родственным соединениям формулы (I), которые терапевтически применимы в качестве ингибиторов ретиноидных орфановых рецепторов (RORs), в частности в качестве ингибиторов ROR. Эти соединения полезны при лечении и профилактике заболеваний и/или расстройств, в частности заболеваний и/или расстройств, обусловленных рецептором ROR. Изобретение также предусматривает получение соединений и лекарственных форм, содержащих по крайней мере один замещенный тетрагидрохинолинон или одно родственное соединение по формуле (I) вместе с фармацевтически приемлемым носителем, разбавителем или его вспомогательным веществом.
