Abstract
(ES) La presente invención se refiere a derivados novedosos de cefalosporinas representados por la fórmula química 1. Donde X, Y, L, R1 y R2 son los mismos que se han definido en la descripción de la invención. La presente invención tambión se refiere a composiciones antibióticas farmacéuticas que comprenden un derivado novedoso de cefalosporinas representado par la formula química 1, un profarmaco de este, un hidrato de este, un solvato de este, un isómero de este a una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de este como principio eficaz. De acuerdo con la presente invención, los derivados novedosos de cefalosporinas, un profarmaco de estos, un hidrato de estos, un solvato de estos, un isómero de estos o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de estos pueden ser útiles como antibióticos debido a su amplio espectro contra bacterias resistentes a antibióticos, su baja toxicidad y especialmente su potente efecto antibacteriano en bacterias gramnegativas.
