The present invention relates to a tool for machining a workpiece, having a tool body (12), a cutting tool (16), and attaching means for attaching the cutting tool (16) in a receiving recess of the tool body (12), wherein the cutting tool (16) comprises a cutter (20) and a cutting tool through hole (22), and wherein the tool body (12) comprises a tool body through hole (18) opening into the receiving recess (14). In order to provide simple potential for changing the cutting tool from both sides, depending on accessibility, according to the invention the attaching means comprises a clamping bushing (26) having an internal thread (34) and a clamping screw (24) having an external thread (28) corresponding to the internal thread (34) of the clamping bushing (26), that the clamping screw (24) is either inserted through the cutting tool hole (22) into the tool body hole (18) and screwed to the clamping bushing (26), or inserted from the opposite side through the tool body hole (18) into the cutting tool hole (22) and screwed to the clamping bushing (26), and that anti-twist means are provided, preventing twisting of the clamping bushing (26) about the longitudinal axis thereof when tightening and loosening by means of the clamping screw (24), wherein the anti-twist means are formed by a conical surface (36) on the clamping bushing (26) and/or a conical surface on the clamping screw head (30) adapted to at least one part of the tool body hole (18) and/or the cutting tool hole (22).
