Ein Fahrerassistenzsystem für ein Kraftfahrzeug, umfasst eine Umfeldsensorik ein Steuergerät und ein Bewertungsmodul, wobei das Steuergerät dazu eingerichtet und bestimmt ist, basierend auf von der Umfeldsensorik erfassten Umfelddaten ein Assistenzfunktionssteuersignal zu ermitteln, das in einem vorbestimmten Funktionszusammenhang mit wenigstens einem Assistenzsystemparameter und den erfassten Umfelddaten steht, und das Fahrzeug zur Bereitstellung einer Assistenzfunktion mit dem Assistenzfunktionssteuersignal anzusteuern, und wobei das Bewertungsmodul dazu eingerichtet und bestimmt ist, einen Erfolgswert für das Assistenzfunktionssteuersignal anhand einer Referenzinformation zu ermitteln und, falls der Erfolgswert einen Erfolgsschwellwert unterschreitet, eine Optimierung des wenigstens einen Assistenzsystemparameters auszulösen. embedded image
