Abstract
(DE)

Die Erfindung betrifft Turbinenschaufeln für Strömungsmaschinen sowie Verfahren zur Herstellung solcher Turbinenschaufeln. Gemäß der gestellten Aufgabe sollen die Turbinenschaufeln thermisch hoch belastbar sein und eine ausreichende mechanische Festigkeit auch bei erhöhten Betriebstemperaturen einhalten können. Die erfindungsgemäßen Turbinenschaufeln sind dabei so ausgebildet, dass auf der Oberfläche eines Kernelementes eine Wärmedämmschicht eines metallischen offenporigen Schaumes durch Sinterung stoffschlüssig mit dem Kernelement verbunden ist. Die äußere Kontur der Turbinenschaufel wird mit mindestens einem Schalenelement gebildet. Das Schalenelement besteht aus einer Nickel-Basis-Legierung, die ebenfalls stoffschlüssig durch Sinterung mit dem die Wärmedämmschicht bildenden offenporigen Schaum verbunden ist.

The turbine blade is made in the form of a core element, to the surface of which a thermal insulation layer of open-pore metal foam is attached by sintering. The outer contour of the turbine blade is formed from at least one shell element consisting of a nickel-based alloy which is sintered to the thermal insulation layer.
