Eine Befestigungsvorrichtung verfügt über einen Rastfuß (3) zum Einfügen in eine Ausnehmung. Der Rastfuß (3) weist einen Fußschaft (4) auf, der sich von einem Kopfteil (1) wegweisend erstreckt und verfügt über eine Anzahl von Flügeln (7, 8), die an Randseiten des Fußschaftes (4) angesetzt sind. Der Fußschaft (4) weist eine Anzahl von Randstegen (5, 6) auf, zwischen denen ein Freiraum (20) ausgebildet ist. Dadurch ist die Befestigungsvorrichtung verhältnismäßig leicht und flexibel ausgebildet.
