(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft Antacida-Zubereitungen, umfassend die folgenden Bestandteile: DOLLAR A (i) einen säurebindenden Wirkstoff (Antacidum) oder ein Gemisch solcher Wirkstoffe, DOLLAR A (ii) eine CO¶2¶ freisetzende Brausemischung, DOLLAR A (iii) ein polymeres Tensid als Schaumbilder oder ein Gemisch solcher Tenside, DOLLAR A (iv) ein quellendes oder gelbildendes Polymer oder ein Gemisch solcher Polymere und DOLLAR A (v) gegebenenfalls übliche Hilfsstoffe DOLLAR A sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung derartiger Antacida-Zubereitungen. Bei einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Antacida-Zubereitung in Form einer Kautablette formuliert. Die erfindungsgemäßen Antacida-Zubereitungen eignen sich zur symptomatischen Therapie von Ulcus duodeni, Ulcus ventriculi sowie Sodbrennen und säurebedingten Magenbeschwerden wie hyperacider Gastritis.
The invention relates to antacid preparations comprising the following ingredients: (i) an acid binding active substance (Antacid) or a mixture of said active substances, (ii) a CO2 releasing effervescent mixture, (iii) a polymeric tenside as foaming agent or a mixture of said tensides, (iv) a swelling and gel-forming polymer or a mixture of said polymers and (v) optionally common adjuvants. The invention also relates to a method for the production of said antacid preparations. In a preferred embodiment, the antacid preparations are formulated in the form of a chewable tablet. The antacid preparations disclosed in the invention are suitable for symptomatic treatment of duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, heartburn and acid related gastric problems such as gastric hyperacidity.
