Abstract
(CS) Rotační motor s ozubeným převodem je určen pro použití pohonu stlačitelným médiem. Motor obsahuje stator (1) opatřený dvěma trojbokými dutinami (12) zatěsnitelnými vůči okolnímu prostředí a opatřenými zaoblenými vrcholy (121), z nichž do každého je zaústěn alespoň jeden kanál (41) pro vstup a výstup tlakového média. V každé dutině (12) je uložen rotační píst (2) elipsovitého průřezu tak, že jeho podélná osa (op), která je souběžná s osou (oc) rotačního členu (7), je posunuta vzhledem k podélné ose (os) vnitřní dutiny (12) statoru (1) o hodnotu excentricity (e) za účelem dosažení planetového pohybu rotačního pístu (2) vzhledem k ose (os) vnitřní dutiny (12) statoru (1), a to při pohybu podélné osy (op) rotačního pístu (2) po kružnici o poloměru excentricity (e). Podstata vynálezu spočívá v tom, že rotační písty (2) jsou opatřeny unášecími čepy (21), které jsou vyvedeny mimo dutinu (12) a jsou na nich upevněna rotorová ozubená kola (6), která jsou v záběru s rotačním eliptickým členem (7) uloženým na ložiskovém čepu (8) poháněné hřídele.
(EN) The rotary engine of the present invention with geared transmission is intended for the use of a compressible medium drive. The motor comprises a stator (1) provided with two three-sided cavities (12) sealable relative to the environment and provided with rounded-off tops (121), each being provided with at least one channel (41) for the supply and discharge of pressure medium. In each cavity (12), there is mounted a rotary piston (2) of elliptic cross section in such a manner that the longitudinal axis (oip) thereof, being parallel with the axis (oic) of a rotary element (7), is offset relative to the longitudinal axis (ois) of the stator (1) internal cavity (12) by the eccentricity (e) value in order to achieve planetary motion of the rotary piston (2) relative to the stator (1) internal cavity (12) axis (ois), and namely during motion of the rotary piston (2) longitudinal axis (oip) along a circle with eccentricity (e) radius. The invention is characterized in that the rotary pistons (2) are provided with driving pins (21), which are lead out outside the cavity (12) and which serve for fastening thereon rotor toothed wheels (6), which are in engagement with the rotary elliptic element (7) mounted on a driven shaft journal (8).
