Abstract
(ZH)

本发明提供一种能够将通过可溶化处理被微细化且通过过滤器的小的发酵不适物从可溶化液除去的甲烷发酵前处理装置。该甲烷发酵前处理装置(A)具备:可溶化槽(4),其对有机性废弃物(S3)进行可溶化处理;作为第一固液分离机构的过滤器(5),其使由可溶化槽(4)对有机性废弃物(S3)进行可溶化处理而得到的可溶化液(S4)通过,由此将可溶化液(S4)中含有的发酵不适物除去;第二固液分离机构(7),其具有液体旋风分离器(10)及除水装置(11、13),该液体旋风分离器(10)接受通过过滤器(5)后的可溶化液(S6),并对可溶化液(S6)作用离心力,来将可溶化液(S6)中含有的发酵不适物分离,该除水装置(11、13)接受由液体旋风分离器(10)分离出的发酵不适物并对其进行脱水处理。
