本发明涉及通过多路复用FRET(福斯特共振能量转移)分析来检测样品中的分析物的方法,所述方法包括下列步骤:提供样品,该样品含有能量转移供体、若干在光谱学上不同的量子点物质、以及分析物,其中将分析物配置成在由能量转移供体和第一量子点物质所提供的第一能量转移供体-受体对内介导能量转移,将能量转移供体配置成在第一能量转移供体-受体对中用作能量转移供体,并将第一量子点物质配置成在第一能量转移供体-受体对中用作能量转移受体,用来自激发光源的激发光照射样品,在第一能量转移供体-受体对中,将来自通过激发光激发的能量转移供体的激发能量转移至第一量子点物质,所述能量转移通过分析物来介导,并检测第一量子点物质在接收到激发能量后发出的发射光。
