(EN) When a printing head is filled with an ink, a circulating pump is controlled so that an ink equal to or greater than the entire volume of a circulating path circulates from a feeding path hole to a returning path hole via a printing head (in a forward direction), and after that, the circulating pump is controlled so that the ink equal to or greater than the entire volume of the circulating path circulates from the returning path hole to the feeding path hole via the printing head (in a reverse direction). By doing so, gas (bubbles) in the circulating path may be more securely discharged to a sub tank.

本发明涉及一种液体喷出装置及其控制方法,其在向喷出头填充油墨时能够更加切实地去除循环通道内的气泡。在向印刷头(24)填充油墨时,对循环泵(76)进行控制从而使循环通道(60)整体体积以上的油墨从前进通道口(69)侧经由印刷头(24)而向返回通道口(73)侧(向顺方向)进行循环,且其后对循环泵(76)进行控制从而使循环通道(60)整体体积以上的油墨从返回通道口(73)侧经由印刷头(24)而向前进通道口(69)侧(向反方向)进行循环。由此,因此能够更加切实地将循环通道(60)内的气体(气泡)排出至副罐(53)中。
