The invention provides an encasing alignment method of a display device, which includes the following steps: arranging frame sealing glue at the four sides of a display area of a first or second substrate; conducting curing treatment; aligning and detecting the first substrate and the second substrate for a plurality of times until the alignment precision fits the preset precision range; turning the cured frame sealing glue into semi-solid glue; and curing the semi-solid frame sealing glue. Correspondingly, the invention provides a display device which is manufactured through the encasing alignment method. The encasing alignment method can ensure that the alignment precision of the display device in the encasing process fits the preset precision range, and thereby the yield rate and the display quality of products are improved.

本发明提供一种显示装置的对盒方法,其包括如下步骤:在第一基板或第二基板的显示区域的四周设置封框胶;进行固化处理;将第一基板与第二基板进行多次对位并检测,直到其对位精度符合预先设置的精度范围为止;使已固化的封框胶成半液态;固化所述半液态的封框胶。相应地,提供一种采用所述对盒方法制成的显示装置。本发明所述显示装置的对盒方法能够确保显示装置在成盒工艺过程中的对位精度符合预先设置的精度范围,因而提高了产品的良率及显示品质。
