本发明涉及一种用于内燃机的复合式活塞(10、110)的制造方法,具有以下步骤:制造活塞上部(11)和活塞下部(12),分别包括具有接合面(24、28;124、128)的内支撑件(22、26;122、126)和具有接合面(25、29;125、129)的外支撑件(23、27;123、127);将高温焊接材料引入到至少一个接合面(24、28和25、29;124、128和125、129)的区域中;通过建立接合面(24、28和25、29;124、128和125、129)之间的接触,使活塞上部(11)和活塞下部(12)组装成活塞体;将活塞体引入到真空炉中,并对该真空炉进行抽真空处理;在压力最大为10-2mbar的情况下,将活塞体加热到最高为1300℃的焊接温度;在压力最大为10-2mbar的情况下,将焊接后的活塞(10、110)冷却至使高温焊接材料完全凝固。本发明还涉及一种用该方法制造的活塞(10、110)。
