基于当纹波生成部使纹波电流在二次电池中流动时检测的二次电池的电流(I)和电压(V),交流阻抗推定部(106)推定二次电池的交流阻抗(Rh)。通过使用预先获得的二次电池的温度(T)与在纹波频率下二次电池的交流阻抗(Rh)之间的关系并基于由所述交流阻抗推定部(106)推定的交流阻抗(Rh),温度推定部(108)推定二次电池的温度(T)。
