本发明实施例公开了一种眼科OCT系统,包括眼后节OCT成像系统和眼前节OCT成像系统,眼后节OCT成像系统包括光路转换装置,眼前节OCT成像系统包括眼前节探头成像装置,眼前节探头成像装置含有眼底镜、第一二向色镜和第一透镜,其中眼科OCT系统进行眼前节扫描成像时,光路转换装置接收到光路转换指令后,将从光源发出的,分别经过准直镜和扫描装置后的信号光转换到眼前节探头成像装置;眼前节探头成像装置驱动第一二向色镜将信号光反射进入眼底镜,以进行眼前节扫描成像。相应地,本发明还公开了眼科OCT成像方法。采用本发明,实现对人眼进行眼前节成像时,既进行屈光补偿始终保持注视点清晰,又不影响眼前节OCT的成像质量。
