(EN) The present invention relates to a layer composite, suited as a wound dressing, comprising a foam layer (10) and a cover layer (20), wherein the cover layer (20) comprises thermoplastic polymer, preferably polyurethane, and is at least partially directly connected to the foam layer (10), and wherein the foam layer (10) comprises a polyurethane foam which is obtained by foaming and drying a composition comprising an aqueous, anionically hydrophilized polyurethane dispersion (I). The foam can be stabilized using ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block copolymers. The invention further relates to a method for producing a layer composite of said kind and to the use thereof, for example as a wound dressing.
