Abstract

The invention discloses an on-line dehydration process for preparing biodiesel from renewable grease through catalysis of lipase and belongs to the technical field of biofuel synthesis. Short-chain alcohol ROH is used as an acyl acceptor of reaction, ester exchange reaction is performed on the grease raw materials and the short-chain alcohol through the catalysis of the lipase used as a catalyst so as to synthesize biodiesel; 4 to 8 moles of short-chain alcohol based on the grease and 20 to 2,000 enzyme activity units of lipase based on the mass of grease are added into a one-stage or multi-stage enzyme reactor, on-line dehydration is performed by adopting a film or a molecular sieve in the whole process or a part of the reaction process, the temperature is controlled to be between 20 and 50 DEG C; and the reaction time is 3 to 10 hours; the yield for converting the grease raw materials to the biodiesel is over 98 percent; and the acid value of the biodiesel final product is less than 0.5mgKOH/g oil. The process has the advantages that: the acid value of the biodiesel final product is less than 0.5mgKOH/g oil. The on-line dehydration process greatly simplifies the operation process, and has high economic and environmental benefit.

一种在线脱水的脂肪酶催化可再生油脂制备生物柴油工艺,属于生物燃料合成技术领域。以短链醇ROH作为反应酰基受体,利用脂肪酶作为催化剂催化油脂原料与上述短链醇进行酯交换反应合成生物柴油;加入基于油脂4-8摩尔的短链醇、加入基于油脂质量20-2000个酶活单位的脂肪酶,装入一级或多级酶反应器中,并在全过程或部分反应过程中采用膜或分子筛进行在线脱水,温度控制在20℃~50℃,反应3-10小时后,油脂原料转化生成生物柴油的得率超过98%,生物柴油终产品的酸价低于0.5mgKOH/g油。优点在于,可以使生物柴油终产品的酸价低于0.5mg KOH/g油。这种在线脱水工艺大大简化了操作过程,具有很好的经济效益和环境效益。
