Abstract
(EN) In a process for producing titania slag from ilmenite, granular ilmenite first is partially reduced with a reducing agent in a reduction reactor, then the hot material with an inlet temperature of at least 550 DEG C is transferred into an electric furnace and molten there in the presence of a reducing agent by forming liquid pig iron and titania slag. The reduction reactor consists of a circulating fluidized-bed reactor.

在由钛铁矿生产二氧化钛熔渣的方法中,颗粒状钛铁矿首先在还原反应器中用还原剂部分还原,然后将入口温度为至少550℃的热物料输送至电炉中,并且在其中在还原剂存在下熔融,以形成液态生铁和二氧化钛熔渣。所述还原反应器由循环流化床反应器组成。
