Abstract
(EN) In a phase fold-back development method of the invention, a procedure that phase data is grouped first (S1), phase fold-back development of a group is carried out (S2), and the objective groups are merged (S3) is repeatedly used. While the phases fold-back development progresses, the group becomes large, and correspondingly information on the phase difference among groups increases. Therefore, the influence of phase data liable to the cause of fold-back development failure is gradually weakened, and the result is higher in robustness than conventional methods. Further, since the group which has once undergone fold-back development successively undergoes fold-back development in the new group formed by merging, the former group undergoes fold-back development repeatedly so that the phase matches those of other groups even if the phase is determined once. As a result, continuous failures of fold-back development can be prevented, the failures decrease compared with conventional methods, and the stability is improved.
