Abstract
(EN) The invention discloses a polycarbonate composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The polycarbonate composition comprises the following components: 62-94 parts of polycarbonate; and 1-10 parts of a high surface energy auxiliary agent. The research accidentally finds that the bonding force between the polycarbonate composition and a metal interface can be obviously improved by controlling the acid value of the polycarbonate composition within the range of 0.18%-0.9%, the polycarbonate composition has a better heat-resistant effect, the application of a metal and polycarbonate composite product is further widened, and the polycarbonate composition is particularly suitable for mobile phone and television materials.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种聚碳酸酯组合物及其制备方法和应用,包括组分:聚碳酸酯62份~94份;高表面能助剂1份~10份。本发明经研究意外的发现,将聚碳酸酯组合物的酸值控制在0.18%~0.9%范围内,可以明显提高聚碳酸酯组合物与金属界面的粘结力,且具有较好的耐热效果,进一步拓宽了金属与聚碳酸酯复合产品的应用,特别适用于手机和电视机材料。
