The method is applied to network equipment, and comprises the following steps: acquiring a first time domain resource allocation mode at the current moment; switching from the first time domain resource allocation mode to the second time domain resource allocation mode under the condition that a preset switching condition corresponding to switching from the first time domain resource allocation mode to the second time domain resource allocation mode is met; and allocating the time domain resource to the terminal device through the second time domain resource allocation mode. The embodiment of the invention is beneficial to improving the uplink and downlink communication efficiency.
