Abstract
(EN) The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of projection ray machine manufacturing, and discloses a projection ray machine manufacturing method which is applied to a projection ray machine with a light source module and a heat dissipation module. The heat dissipation module comprises an aluminum radiator and at least one heat pipe. According to the method, firstly, the heating end of the at least one heat pipe is fixed to the backlight side of the light source module through low-temperature welding, and then the condensation end of the at least one heat pipe is fixed to the aluminum radiator, so that manufacturing of the projection ray machine is completed. The projection ray machine manufactured by the method is simple in process, low in cost, low in thermal resistance and good in reliability.
(ZH) 本发明实施例涉及投影光机制作技术领域,公开了一种投影光机的制作方法,该方法应用于具有光源模组和散热模组的投影光机,其中,该散热模组包括铝制散热器和至少一根热管,该方法首先将所述至少一根热管的发热端通过低温焊接固定在所述光源模组的背光侧,然后将所述至少一根热管的冷凝端固定在所述铝制散热器上,以完成投影光机的制作,通过本方法制作的投影光机程制工艺简单、成本低、热阻低且可靠性好。
