Abstract
(EN) The system for testing the spectral response speed of the adjustable optical filter is disclosed and comprises a collimation light source, a light splitting element, a focusing lens and a light spot position imaging and recording device which are arranged in sequence; the adjustable optical filter is arranged between the collimation light source and the light splitting element and is configured to be continuously tuned within a certain wavelength range in the testing process, the light splitting element enables light beams of different wavelength bands passing through the adjustable optical filter to form diffracted light beams or refracted light beams corresponding to different wavelength bands, the focusing lens carries out focusing, and the light spot position imaging recording device records position change information of images formed by the diffracted light beams or refracted light beams corresponding to different wavelength bands. The invention further discloses a testing method, different diffraction angles or refraction angles are generated through the light splitting element, so that light spot position distribution of corresponding wavelengths is achieved at a space receiving end, and change information of a spectrum dimension is converted into a space dimension, so that the wavelength response speed of the adjustable optical filter is obtained.
