Abstract
(EN) The invention provides a supercritical/subcritical fluid reinforced hydrogenation method for distillate oil. The method at least comprises the following steps: preheating a mixed material of a distillate oil raw material, a solvent and hydrogen, introducing the preheated mixed material into a first-stage fixed bed reactor, and carrying out first-stage catalytic hydrogenation in a supercritical or subcritical fluid state to obtain a catalytic hydrogenation reaction effluent; separating the catalytic hydrogenation reaction effluent, collecting a hydrogenated oil product in the effluent, and obtaining hydrogen-containing gas and a solvent-containing light fraction; and returning the solvent-containing light fraction to the mixed material of the first-section fixed bed reactor to replace the solvent for recycling. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the catalytic hydrogenation reaction of the distillate oil is carried out in a supercritical/subcritical fluid state, so that the dissolving property and the diffusion mass transfer property of hydrogen in a distillate oil hydrogenation reaction system are greatly improved, and the efficiency of hydrodesulfurization, hydrodenitrification, olefin and aromatic hydrocarbon hydrogenation saturation, hydrocracking and other reactions of the distillate oil is greatly improved, therefore, economical and efficient hydro-conversion of the distillate oil raw material is realized.
(ZH) 本发明提供一种馏分油超/亚临界流体强化加氢方法,至少包括:将馏分油原料、溶剂和氢气的混合物料预热后通入第一段固定床反应器中,在超临界或亚临界流体状态下进行第一段催化加氢,获得催化加氢反应流出物;对催化加氢反应流出物进行分离,收集其中的加氢油品并获得含氢气体以及含溶剂轻馏分;将含溶剂轻馏分返回第一段固定床反应器的混合物料中替代溶剂循环使用。本发明的方法中,通过在超/亚临界流体状态下进行馏分油的催化加氢反应,极大地改善了氢气在馏分油加氢反应体系中的溶解性能和扩散传质性能,大幅度提高馏分油加氢脱硫、加氢脱氮、烯烃和芳烃加氢饱和以及加氢裂化等反应的效率,从而实现馏分油原料的经济、高效加氢转化。
