Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a biaxially oriented polypropylene film that has excellent heat resistance even at the high temperature of 150 deg C and high rigidity, easily maintains a bag shape when used as a packaging bag, and also exhibits little pitch displacement during printing and few wrinkles at a sealing portion when heat-sealed. The storage modulus (E'-23) of this biaxially oriented polypropylene film at 23 deg C in a dynamic viscoelastic measurement is 2.0 GPa or more in the length direction and 6.0 GPa or more in the width direction, and the storage modulus (E'-80) at 80 degC in a dynamic viscoelastic measurement is 1.0 GPa or more in the length direction and 3.0 GPa or more in the width direction. The ratio of E'-80 to E'-23 (E'-80/E'-23) is 0.4 or more in both the length direction and the width direction. The thermal shrinkage rate at 150 deg C is 10% or less in the length direction and 30% or less in the width direction, and the thermal shrinkage rate at 120 deg C is 2.0% or less in the length direction and 5.0% or less in the width direction. The thermal shrinkage rate at 120 deg C in the length direction is smaller than the thermal shrinkage rate at 120 deg C in the width direction.
(ZH) 提供:刚性高、高达150℃的高温下的耐热性也优异、容易保持制成包装袋时的袋形状、而且印刷时的间距错位、进行热封时密封部的褶皱少的双轴取向聚丙烯薄膜。一种双轴取向聚丙烯薄膜,其动态粘弹性测定中的23℃的储能模量(E’‑23)在长度方向上为2.0GPa以上、在宽度方向上为6.0GPa以上,动态粘弹性测定中的80℃的储能模量E’(E’‑80)在长度方向上为1.0GPa以上、在宽度方向上为3.0GPa以上,E’‑80与E’‑23之比(E’‑80/E’‑23)在长度方向、宽度方向上均为0.4以上,且150℃下的热收缩率在长度方向上为10%以下、在宽度方向上为30%以下,进而120℃的热收缩率在长度方向上为2.0%以下、在宽度方向上为5.0%以下,且长度方向的120℃热收缩率小于宽度方向的120℃热收缩率。
