Abstract
(EN) The present invention enables even a beginner to acquire the technique easily and carry out suitable spot welding, and achieves improved workability, improved welding quality, improved productivity, and the like. The present invention is equipped with: a torch body 2 through which a shield gas passes; a tungsten electrode rod 5 inserted into the torch body 2 and connected to a cathode; a narrow nozzle 6 that supports a tip-end portion of the tungsten electrode rod 5 in a concentric manner, forms between the tungsten electrode rod 5 and the narrow nozzle a gas passage 6e through which the shield gas G flows, and ejects shield gas G, ejected from the gas passage 6e, at a higher speed than shield gas G ejected from the tip end of the torch body 2; and a conductive tubular electrode nozzle 7 the tip-end portion of which is tapered, and which is arranged concentrically with the tungsten electrode rod 5 on the outer periphery of the narrow nozzle 6, the tapered tip end being positioned farther outward than the tip end of the tungsten electrode rod 5 and being connected to an anode via a ground cable 18. Gas vent openings 7c, 7d for the shield gas G are formed in the electrode nozzle 7.
(ZH) 本发明提供一种点焊用的带窄喷嘴的TIG焊枪,即使是初使用者,除了能够简单学习技术进行良好的点焊之外,还能够实现操作性的提升、焊接质量的提升、生产性的提升等。本发明具备:通过保护气体的焊枪主体(2);插接于焊枪主体(2),连接于阴极的钨电极棒(5);同心状地支撑钨电极棒(5)的前端部,与钨电极棒(5)之间形成供保护气体(G)流动的气体通路(6e),并且使得从气体通路(6e)喷出的保护气体(G)比从焊枪主体(2)的前端喷出的保护气体(G)更高速地喷出的窄喷嘴(6);和在窄喷嘴(6)的外周与钨电极棒(5)同心状地配置,前端部形成为尖窄状且尖窄状的前端比钨电极棒(5)的前端位于更外侧,并且经由接地线(18)连接于阳极的具有导电性的筒状的电极用喷嘴(7),在所述电极用喷嘴(7)上形成有保护气体(G)的排气口(7c、7d)。
