Abstract
(EN) A temperature control device is equipped with a smoothing device that has a first inlet into which a fluid flows, a smoothing flow passage through which the fluid flowing in from the first inlet flows, and a first outlet through which the fluid that has flowed through the smoothing flow passage flows out, and reduces the amount of temperature deviation of the fluid at the first outlet to less than the amount of temperature deviation of the fluid at the first inlet; a temperature adjuster that has a second inlet into which fluid flowing out from the first outlet flows, a temperature adjustment flow passage through which the fluid flowing in from the second inlet flows, a temperature adjustment unit for adjusting the temperature of the fluid flowing through the temperature adjustment flow passage, and a second outlet through which the fluid that has flowed through the temperature adjustment flow passage flows out; a first temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the fluid at a first position that has been set in the smoothing flow passage; a second temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the fluid at a second position downstream from the second outlet; a feed-forward control unit for calculating an amount of the temperature adjustment by the temperature adjustment unit on the basis of detection data from the first sensor; and a feedback control unit for calculating an amount of the temperature adjustment by the temperature adjustment unit on the basis of detection data from the second sensor.
