提供一种能够进一步改善图像质量的固态摄像装置。所述固态摄像装置设有根据预定图案规则布置的多个摄像像素,各摄像像素至少具有:其中形成有光电转换器的半导体基板;和形成在所述半导体基板的光接收面侧并透射特定光的滤光片。所述多个摄像像素中的至少一个摄像像素被具有透射特定光的所述滤光片的测距像素替换,由此形成至少一个测距像素。在所述至少一个测距像素的所述滤光片和与所述至少一个测距像素的所述滤光片相邻的滤光片之间形成有分隔壁。所述分隔壁包括与被所述测距像素替换的所述至少一个摄像像素的所述滤光片的材料几乎相同的材料。
