(EN) A vehicle-mounted DC/DC bond strap detection circuit comprises a DSP controller (201), a detection circuit (202), a vehicle-mounted DC/DC converter standby circuit (203) and a vehicle-mounted DC/DC converter power supply negative line (204), and the detection circuit (202) comprises a comparator, a first conductive branch, a second conductive branch and a third conductive branch. A detection circuit (202) is connected between a DSP controller (201) and a vehicle-mounted DC/DC converter standby circuit (203) and between the DSP controller (201) and a vehicle-mounted DC/DC converter power supply negative line (204), and once a bond strap of a DC/DC converter (102) is in poor contact or even disconnected with a vehicle body, or a bond strap of a low-voltage storage battery (104) is in poor contact or even disconnected, a hundreds of amperes of current is generated. The detection circuit (202) can detect that a large current flows through a power supply negative line of the vehicle-mounted DC/DC converter (102) or a large current flows through a shielding line due to disconnection or poor contact of a bond strap of the DC/DC converter (102), so that the situation that a wire harness is burnt out due to continuous output of the large current is avoided.
(ZH) 一种车载DC/DC搭铁线检测电路,该电路包括DSP控制器(201)、检测电路(202)、车载DC/DC转换器待机电路(203)以及车载DC/DC转换器供电负线(204),所述检测电路(202)包括比较器、第一导电支路、第二导电支路、第三导电支路,如此,在DSP控制器(201)与车载DC/DC转换器待机电路(203)以及车载DC/DC转换器供电负线(204)之间接入检测电路(202),一旦由于DC/DC转换器(102)的搭铁线与车身接触不良甚至断开,或者,低压蓄电池(104)的搭铁线接触不良甚至断开,从而产生上百安培的电流时,该检测电路(202)能够检测到DC/DC转换器(102)搭铁线断开或者接触不良导致车载DC/DC转换器(102)供电负线流过大电流,或者,屏蔽线流过大电流,从而避免持续输出大电流而造成线束烧毁。
