The utility model aims to provide a radiator which can exert excellent cooling characteristics on a heating element which is installed in a narrow and small space and has a high heating value. A heat sink is provided with a plurality of heat pipes thermally connected to a heat-generating body and a heat-dissipating section thermally connected to the plurality of heat pipes, and at least an evaporation section of the plurality of heat pipes thermally connected to the heat-generating body has a flat section having a flat cross-sectional shape in a direction orthogonal to the heat transfer direction of the plurality of heat pipes. The surface of the flat part in the thickness direction is arranged opposite to the heating body.
