Abstract
(EN) The invention provides a sucralose purification method. The purification method sequentially comprises the following steps: putting sucralose into ultra-pure water, heating, dissolving, filtering, andextracting with an extracting solvent to remove non-polar impurities; evaporating and concentrating the extracted re-crystallization solution to a preset concentration; standing for a preset time ata preset temperature to form sucralose crystal nucleus; carrying out programmed cooling on the re-crystallization solution containing the crystal nucleus to obtain a re-crystallization solution containing a large amount of sucralose crystals; and centrifuging, washing and drying the re-crystallization solution containing a large amount of sucralose crystals to obtain sucralose crystals. Accordingto the method, extraction and impurity removal are carried out firstly, then crystal nucleus formation is promoted, rapid growth of crystals is promoted through a secondary nucleation process, sufficient crystallization is guaranteed, the obtained sucralose crystals are single in crystal form, complete in crystallization, regular in crystal, extremely high in purity, good in color, large in stacking density and long in storage time, and the requirements of high-end products for sugar substitutes can be met.
(ZH) 本申请提供了三氯蔗糖的纯化方法,依次序包括:将三氯蔗糖放入超纯水中加热溶解过滤,然后用萃取溶剂萃取,以脱除非极性杂质;将萃取后的重结晶溶液蒸发浓缩至预设浓度;然后在预设温度下静置预设时间,以形成三氯蔗糖晶核;将含有晶核的重结晶溶液进行程序降温,获得含有大量三氯蔗糖晶体的重结晶溶液;以及,将所述含有大量三氯蔗糖结晶的重结晶溶液离心、水洗、干燥,获得三氯蔗糖晶体。本申请通过先萃取除杂、再促进晶核形成,然后利用二次成核过程促进结晶的快速生长,保证充分结晶,得到的三氯蔗糖晶体晶型单一、结晶完全、晶体规则、纯度极高、颜色好、堆积密度大、保存时间长,能够满足高端产品对代糖品的要求。
