本申请提供一种数据编码的方法及设备,用于提高在非相干检测下的编译码性能,提高译码的准确性。该方法包括:确定生成矩阵的列重以及行重;从生成矩阵的第一序列中确定K个序号,第一序列包括生成矩阵的行的序号,且第一序列中不包括生成矩阵中列重为奇数的列的序号;根据K个序号确定比特序列u,u中包括信息比特与固定比特,K个序号用于标识K个信息比特在u的位置;根据u以及生成矩阵进行编码,得到编码比特。
