(EN) The utility model provides a vibration sensor and an audio device having the same, and the vibration sensor comprises a circuit board assembly which comprises a bottom wall and a side wall extending from the bottom wall; the shell covers the side wall and forms an accommodating cavity together with the circuit board assembly in a surrounding manner; the MEMS microphone is arranged on the bottom wall of the circuit board assembly and located in the containing cavity, and the MEMS microphone is electrically connected with the circuit board assembly; the vibrating diaphragm assembly is fixed between the shell and the side wall and divides the containing cavity into a first cavity and a second cavity, at least one first air leakage hole is formed in the vibrating diaphragm assembly in a penetrating mode, and the first cavity is communicated with the second cavity through the first air leakage holes; the shell is provided with at least one second air leakage hole penetrating through the shell; and when the vibration sensor inputs a vibration signal or a pressure signal, the vibrating diaphragm assembly vibrates, and the air pressure in the accommodating cavity is changed. According to the utility model, the problem of insensitive reaction of the vibrating diaphragm of the vibrating sensor in the prior art can be effectively solved.
