The device comprises an objective table, a chromatograph and a transition bin, wherein two storage grooves are formed in the upper surface of the objective table, a first detection bottle and a second detection bottle are arranged in the two storage grooves respectively, a plurality of ultraviolet lamps are arranged on the peripheral side face of the first detection bottle, a heater is arranged on the lower surface of the interior of the second detection bottle, second gears are arranged on the lower surfaces of the first detection bottle and the second detection bottle, and first gears are arranged on the peripheral side faces of the second gears. By arranging the ultraviolet lamps and the heater, the quality state of olive oil in a high-temperature environment and under the condition of being exposed to the sun during actual use can be simulated, so a detection result is more perfect and scientific; and by arranging a sliding baffle and a sliding groove, the sliding baffle can be opened to enable olive oil in a sampling pipe to flow into the transition bin after the first group of normal-temperature detection is completed, so the next group of detection can be conveniently and quickly performed.

本发明公开了一种橄榄油检测装置,涉及橄榄油检测技术领域。本发明包括载物台、色谱仪、过渡仓,载物台上表面设置有若干置物槽,置物槽的数量为两个,两置物槽内分别设置有第一检测瓶和第二检测瓶,第一检测瓶周侧面设置有若干紫外线灯,第二检测瓶内部下表面设置有加热机,第一检测瓶与第二检测瓶下表面均设置有第二齿轮,第二齿轮周侧面设置有第一齿轮。本发明通过设置紫外线灯以及加热机可模仿在实际使用时高温环境下以及被太阳曝晒情况下的橄榄油的质量状态,使得检测结果更加完善和科学,通过设置滑动挡板与滑动槽可在完成第一组常温检测后打开滑动挡板将采样管内的橄榄油流入过渡仓方便快速进行下一组检测。
