Abstract
(EN) The invention provides pseudomonas putida DB-1,a culture method thereof and application of the pseudomonas putida DB-1. The pseudomonas putida DB-1 was preserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection on July 14, 2020, in Wuhan University of Wuhan, China, and the preservation number is CCTCC NO:M2020311; the pseudomonas putida DB-1 undergoes shaking culture for 24h at 30 DEG C and 170r/min byusing a Luria-Bertani (LB) liquid culture medium; and the pseudomonas putida DB-1 is used for degrading nitrate and total nitrogen in aquaculture water and aquaculture tail water. The pseudomonas putida DB-1 provided by the invention can obviously reduce the nitrate and total nitrogen in the aquaculture water and the aquaculture tail water, is harmless to human beings and aquaculture animals, does not generate secondary pollution, and can be produced on a large scale, and is applied to improvement of an aquaculture environment and reduction discharge of the aquaculture tail water.
(ZH) 本发明提供一种恶臭假单胞菌DB‑1及其培养方法和应用,所述恶臭假单胞菌DB‑1为恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas putida)DB‑1,于2020年7月14日保藏于中国典型培养物保藏中心,地址为中国武汉武汉大学,保藏编号为CCTCC NO:M 2020311;所述恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas putida)DB‑1用LB液体培养基在30℃、170 r/min振荡培养24h;所述恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas putida)DB‑1用于降解养殖水体和养殖尾水中的硝酸盐和总氮。本发明的恶臭假单胞菌DB‑1能使养殖水体和养殖尾水中的硝酸盐、总氮明显降低,且对人和养殖动物无害,不产生二次污染,可规模化生产应用于改良水产养殖环境和养殖尾水减量排放。
