The container blowing method comprises the following steps of: (1) stretching a stretching rod into a bottle blank in a mold, stretching the bottleblank, and pre-blowing the bottle blank through low-pressure gas; (2) blowing the bottle blank into a bottle body through high-pressure gas; and at least one of the low-pressure gas and the high-pressure gas being a gas which can be ionized into plasma particles; and (3) ionizing the gas in the blow-molded bottle body, so that the plasma particles generated in the bottle body being deposited on the inner wall of the bottle body to form a coating. According to the container blowing method, equipment for coating after bottle body forming is omitted, and the cost is relatively low; the bottle body and the coating are formed at a time, so that the pollution risk increased by secondary processing is avoided; and the prepared bottle body has good light-blocking, oxygen-blocking and permeation-blocking properties, and can be used for filling beer and milk.
